Ashley Wagner was conceived on the 16th of May, 1992 in Heidelberg, Germany. Ashley had a teen-age experience hanging around older girls. It affected her self-esteem as she believed they were older, and, in her view better as compared to her. Ashley calls herself an "hot messe" as a teenager. Ashley's mom put her in modeling classes so that she could build confidence. Ashley started to seriously think about a career as a model. Ashley, who received a message from her mother that she was not tall enough to qualify as a professional model, considered becoming an attorney and earning a psychology degree. Ashley was able to convince her parents to quit her high school and attend one with a degree with a focus on law and psychology. Ashley had also worked at restaurants before, but just like her colleagues, Ashley is now filming various projects. Ashley is hoping to make a career that goes beyond the Twilight franchise. She said in the past that she wanted to be Bond-girl and Wonder Woman.
