Laura Linney was one of the greatest American actors in recent history. Her savacious and vulnerable performances have earned her a cult brand. In the summer, while working at the company of her father, Laura Linney became fascinated with the theatre. Later she attended Brown University she studied acting and at Juilliard School, after which, her career took off. In the two years following her graduation she started the beginning of her Broadway career. A few years later, she was in television. Since then she has been involved in numerous films, television plays and stage productions. Over the course of her career, she won many awards, including her two Golden Globe Awards. In spite of numerous awards the theatre is still her primary passion and she continues to perform both on stage and screen.
